Poltekpar Bali Holds 2025 Management Review Meeting: Strengthening Commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement

Bali, April 28, 2025 — Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Bali) convened its 2025 Management Review Meeting (RTM) as part of its ongoing internal quality assurance cycle. The meeting, held in the Genitri Conference Room, was led by Poltekpar Bali Director Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Putu Puja, M.Kes., and attended by management, head of department and study program, as well as representatives from both academic and non-academic units.

With a spirit of reflection and proactive improvement, this year’s RTM served as a platform to evaluate the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and to set future quality policy directions. In his opening remarks, Dr. Puja emphasized the vital role of collaboration and collective commitment in upholding and enhancing the quality standards of vocational tourism education.

The event featured a keynote address by Dr. Ir. Nyoman Utari Vipriyanti, M.Si., Expert Staff to the Minister for Bureaucratic Reform and Regulation at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. She highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of quality within vocational institutions, particularly amid the evolving dynamics of the global tourism industry.

The 2025 RTM also included presentations on performance indicators from each unit, alongside the identification of key challenges and opportunities for future quality enhancement. The meeting concluded with the signing of a joint commitment to strengthen the institution’s quality system—one that is adaptive, innovative, and competitive.

Through this initiative, Poltekpar Bali reaffirms its standing as a leading vocational institution, consistently focused on quality, relevance, and sustainability.
