Director

The Director as referred to in Article 8 letter a has the task of leading the implementation of education and learning, research and community service society as well as developing the academic community and its relationship with the environment.

In carrying out the duties as intended in Article 9 the Director carries out the functions:
a. implementation and development of vocational education;
b. carrying out research for the development of science knowledge and/or technology;
c. implementation of community service;
d. implementation of academic community development and relationship with the environment;
e. preparation of plans, programs and budgets;
f. implementation of cooperation;
g. implementation of administration; And
h. implementation of monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Deputy Director

(1) Deputy Director as intended in Article 8 letter b is below and is responsible to Director.
(2) Deputy Director as intended in paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, hereinafter referred to as Deputy Director I;
b. Deputy Director for Planning, Finance and General Affairs, hereinafter referred to as Deputy Director II;
c. Deputy Director for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, hereinafter referred to as Deputy Director III.

(1) Deputy Director I as intended in Article 11 paragraph (2) letter a, has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and coaching in the fields of academic administration, research and community service, staff development educators, as well as quality assurance.

(2) Deputy Director II as intended in Article 11 paragraph (2) letter b, has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and guidance in the fields of general administration, planning, finance, personnel, household, administration, law, organization and governance.

(3) Deputy Director III as referred to in Article 11 paragraph (2) letter c, has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and development in the fields of student affairs, alumni, cooperation and community relations.
