Section
(1) The section as referred to in Article 8 letter b is the administrative implementing element of the Bali Poltekpar which provides technical and administrative services to all elements within the Bali Poltekpar environment.
(2) The department is responsible to the Director and in the implementation of daily tasks is coordinated by the deputy director in accordance with their field of duties.
(3) The section is led by the head.
The section as intended in Article 13 consists of:
a. Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Cooperation Section; And
b. General Administration Section.
The Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Cooperation Section as referred to in Article 14 letter a has the task of carrying out services in the fields of academic administration, student affairs and cooperation.
Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Collaboration consists of:
a. Academic Administration and Collaboration Subdivision;
b. Subdivision of Administration for Teaching Personnel and Student Affairs; And
c. functional position groups
In carrying out the duties as intended in Article 15, the Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Cooperation Section carries out the functions:
a. implementation of academic administration services;
b. preparation of educational program administration;
c. preparation of work coordination and administration materials The same;
d. implementation of administrative services for teaching staff and education;
e. implementation of student administration services;
f. managing data on teaching and educational staff;
g. managing student and alumni data; And
h. implementation of disciplinary attitude development services student
The General Administration Section as intended in Article 14 letter b has the task of carrying out administrative, household, personnel, financial, law, organization, administration, public relations, state property and preparation of programs, activities and budgets as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
The General Administration Section consists of:
a. Subdivision of Personnel Administration and Business Administration;
b. Financial Administration Subdivision; And
c. functional position groups.
In carrying out the duties as intended in Article 19, the General Administration Section carries out the functions:
a. preparation of program plans, activities and budgets;
b. implementation of financial affairs;
c. implementation of administrative affairs;
d. implementation of household affairs;
e. implementation of personnel affairs;
f. implementation of legal affairs;
g. implementation of organizational and governance matters;
h. implementation of public relations affairs;
i. management of state property; And
j. implementation of monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
